We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with service providers (e.g. hosting, payment processing) strictly to operate the Service.

We retain account and analytics data for as long as your account is active, or as required to comply with legal obligations.

6. Use of Google User Data

If you choose to connect your Google Business Profile, we request access (via Google's OAuth consent screen) to read your business's Google reviews and to post replies to those reviews on your behalf, using the business.manage scope.

We use this access solely to display your Google reviews inside your dashboard and to let you submit replies to them, at your direction. We do not use this data for advertising, and we do not sell, rent, or share it with third parties, except with service providers strictly necessary to operate the Service (e.g. our hosting/database provider), and only to the extent needed to provide the feature to you.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can revoke this access at any time from within your dashboard (Google Reviews → Disconnect), or directly from your Google Account's third-party access settings. Revoking access stops future syncing; previously synced reviews already stored in your account are retained until you delete them or close your account.
